Cozy’s Take: Making Friends with Cat and Jack
Last weekend under the Brooklyn Bridge, I had the opportunity to meet some new friends and share SoCozy products and styles at an amazing event. Target’s new line of kids clothing Cat & Jack was officially launched with a carnival-style party, some amazing kids, and even a handful of celeb families to celebrate.
Teaming up with Cat & Jack was a no-brainer for SoCozy. Their clothes were designed not only with kids in mind, but with kids input. The result is fresh, fun and full of joy. It goes hand in hand with our belief that “being you is our idea of cool.” That’s also why we collaborated with the models to create hairstyles they loved and captured their own sense of style.
And then, of course, it was time to share in the fun. In addition to Quinoa’s reporting, I got to enjoy the event as well. Here are a few of my favorite moments…
Setting up before the event under our own Big Top. The bright red stripes added such a fun theme to everything.
A little pamper time with Jenna Tatum. She’s as genuine and fun as she is beautiful.
Talking hair and motherhood with Camila Alves. She was rocking her natural curls on that hot, humid day.
Who can resist a selfie with new mom Blake Lively? Not me.
Grabbing a quick photo with Rachel Bilson. She’s got an incredible sense of style. (Just look at that belt paired with that dress!)
Target stylist Zanna Roberts Rossi is pretty much a wizard. It was so great to collaborate on this event together.
Parents Magazine Editor Jessica Hartshorn was a delight to meet. Her magazine has been a staple at home and in our salons forever.
And this is none other than Brian Cornell, Target’s CEO. It was great to have him at this event that was such a celebration of empowering kids to express themselves.
