Shipping policy

We ship via UPS and FedEx. P.O. Box orders are shipped via USPS. All orders received by 3:00 EST Monday-Friday are usually shipped that day. Certain exceptions apply and SoCozy cannot be held responsible for any weather related delays, holiday closing, etc.

Expedited shipping order cut off time is 1 p.m. EST.
*At this time we are unable to ship orders internationally.

Shipping rates are based on a flat fee. Free shipping for orders totaling $25 or more after all discounts or promotions have been applied to the cart.
