Superman Day is today, but don’t turn your eyes to the sky to find him donning a cape and flying between skyscrapers. Supermen are all around, feet on the ground. In fact, we found several in the unlikeliest place: at the bathroom counter with their little girls.

Dads have a lot of natural skills (opening difficult jars, for example), but when it comes to styling hair? Well, sometimes it takes a Superman for that. Take Greg Wickherst, for example. He’s a single dad whose daughter Izzy wanted her hair in a ponytail. When he didn’t know how, he decided to take classes at a cosmetology school.

And the results have gained him a supportive and impressed audience on his blog and Facebook where he posts pictures of Izzy’s hair.

Of course, not every Superman dad uses the same technique. Some are more…inventive? Check out this no-nonsense dad with his little girl and his vacuum.

Unconventional, but still impressive!

And while some might argue that the dads in the following video lack full hairstyling superpowers, we still find it super sweet.
