Directions:

Step one: Clarify and conditioner hair with SWIM shampoo. SWIM shampoo uses activated charcoal to clarify swimmer’s hair to remove chlorine and salt. SWIM shampoo also has a conditioner to help to moisturize dry and damages hair.

Step two: Apply the SWIM Spray to add a leave-in conditioner and to detangle knotted hair. SWIM spray can also be used prior to swimming to protect hair follicles and to minimize knots.
