With everything ramping up in pace for the holidays, it can get easy to lose the spirit of things in the frenzy, but here is a quick cure. Here is a stop-whatever-you’re-doing-and-watch-this video to fill your heart with holiday cheer.

Watch as a group of kids from the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta choose between a gift for themselves or a gift for their parents. Their actions and reactions might surprise you. They will definitely inspire you. And—FYI—these aren’t kids who already have everything. (Fair warning: probably going to need some Kleenex for this.)

That’s not just highlight reel. Every single boy and girl in the experiment gave up their own gift to give something back to their parents. Every. Single. One. Kids sure can teach us a lot.
