SoCozy aims to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. However, if you wish to have your order processed the same day it must be placed before 11 am (weekdays only). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to P.O Box addresses.
Standard orders are processed on the day of receipt (excl. Saturday and Sunday) and should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day.

SoCozy offers Free Shipping within the United States. We can ship to Canada, however Standard Fedex International Rates will apply.

Sending Returns Back
Please note that we cannot accept Certified Mail. If you would like to ensure your package has arrived to our offices, we suggest using a mail service that offers a tracking number. We will process your return immediately after we receive it and send you a confirmation email. Once received, returns may take up to 30 days to process. Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please also kindly note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.
